Papermaking Dispersing Agent

   Ruixing dispersing agent is a compound high polymer, which can disperse paper pulp effectively. Improving the pulp evenness and paper softness, it is important aids for toilet paper production. Meanwhile it is widely used in producing the culture paper, yoshire paper, newsprint, and can make the paper no hole, high evenness and feel good, also can speed up production, save pulping time, reduce energy consumption and have significant economic benefits.
   1. Product index: 
   appearance: white light small particles effecitive content≥90%, molecular weight:12 million-20 million.
   2. Product performance:
   1) Using small amount of this product can get special effective, and save pulp, increase 5%-10% production, improve the remaining ratio of fiber fines and filler and reduce the water concentration under net. It can be used in PH 4-10.
   2) This product can remain the softness of pulp and do not affect adding other paper-making agent. The dispersion effect can not be affected by other aids. This product can overcome many faults in paper, making the paper have special physical performance.
   3. Dosage: Toilet paper:0.5-1kg/ton,
              Paperboard:0.2-1kg/ton,
              Culture paper:0.1-1kg/ton,
              Newsprint paper:0.2-0.4kg/ton.
   4. Usage:
   Dissolution: use non-metal containers, clear water temperature under 25°C, turn on the water and at the same time scatter the dispersing agent at the outlet of water pipe slowly and evenly, make the dispersing agent flushed into the container by water, stirring for 5-10 minites continuously, then stirring one time interval 30 minites and repeating it 1-2 times, it can be used after 1-2 hours.
   5. Matters needing attentions:
   1) If not well-handled, it will appear insoluble flocculent suspended solids floating on the surface of the water. Need to use it filter out or waitting after dissolved, not affecting the use effect.
   2) If use less dosage dispersant solution,the effect is not satisfactory. If increase dosage but paste the fleece.
   3) If use water with high concent chloride and high hardness, can add some solium hyposulfite properly, generally use 3-7kg/ton.Especially when use more dosage dispersant, it is the water quality problems in most cases, should adjust the hardness of water.
   6. Package and Storage: 
   The package is made with 25kg paper plastics compound sacks. The product should be placed in a cool and dry place. The effective storage period is 20 months.
